This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and local storage items the website site.tci-br.com uses, what they are for, how long they last and how you can control them. The website is run by TCI Securitizadora S.A. ("TCI"), CNPJ 63.862.447/0001-90, Rua Minas de Prata, 1726, conjunto 152 (Spazio JK), Vila Olímpia, São Paulo/SP, CEP 04552-080.
This Policy supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data in general and what your rights are.
2. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser and that the browser sends back to the website on later visits. They are used, for example, to keep you logged in or to protect a form.

The WhatsApp and Instagram links are ordinary links: nothing from these services is loaded on our pages. If you click one of them, you leave our website, and WhatsApp or Instagram (Meta Platforms) may store their own cookies, under their own policies.
The visit statistics that the website itself counts, anonymously (section 3.2 of the Privacy Policy), do not use cookies or local storage.

First-party cookies use the HttpOnly (cannot be read by page scripts) and SameSite (limits sending the cookie with requests coming from other websites) protections, and the website only works over a secure connection (HTTPS).
5. The cookie notice
On your first visit, the website shows a notice saying it only uses essential cookies. Since there are no optional cookies, there is nothing to accept or reject: the "Got it" button only closes the notice and stores the tci-aviso-cookies item so that it does not appear again. If you clear the website's data or use a browser that does not allow local storage, the notice will appear again.
6. Legal basis
The cookies and items on this website are strictly necessary to provide the service you request (browsing securely and sending the contact form). They therefore do not depend on consent: they are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security of the website (LGPD, art. 7, IX), in line with the ANPD's Guidance on Cookies and Personal Data Protection.
7. How to control and delete cookies
You can delete the cookies and site data stored in your browser at any time, or set your browser to block them. If you block this website's cookies, some features will stop working:
- the contact form on the home page cannot be submitted, because the protection against cross-site request forgery depends on a cookie (the form on the Shift Advance page, which opens WhatsApp, keeps working);
- the cookie notice will appear on every visit.

8. Changes to this Policy
If the website starts using other cookies, we will update the table in section 4 and the date at the beginning of this document. If any new cookie requires your consent, it will only be stored after you give it, and you may withdraw it at any time.
