What is shift advance?
Getting paid today, by PIX, for shifts you already worked that your institution would only pay at month-end. Also called shift receivables advance: TCI buys that credit at a discount and you choose how many shifts to advance. How much does it cost? What is the discount?
The cost is the discount: a pro-rated amount for the days between the advance and the next payment window. The closer the window, the smaller the discount. When does the money land in my account?
For requests made by 1 p.m., the PIX lands the same day, by 6 p.m. For requests made after 1 p.m., payment is made the next business day, by 6 p.m. The 1 p.m. cut-off may vary by institution. Brasília time.

Any healthcare professional who works shifts at an institution using TCI's platform and works as a legal entity (PJ, through their own company): doctors, nurses and nursing technicians, physiotherapists, dentists, psychologists, nutritionists, pharmacists, biomedical scientists, radiology technicians and others.
Which shifts can be advanced? Can I advance only part?
Shifts already worked and logged by your institution on the platform — in hospitals, urgent-care units, clinics, health plans, cooperatives and staffing companies. You choose to advance one, some or all available shifts.
Does my hospital need to be a TCI partner?
